About The Archiving Project

The archiving project is an exciting new development for Fèisean nan Gàidheal where we aim to encourage Fèis participants to collect and record local tunes, songs and stories in their own communities. This is a great opportunity for the Fèisean to promote and preserve their own local heritage and for young people to discover more about the culture and tradition of their own areas. Participants in the project will also be given the opportunity to develop new skills in collecting and recording through a series of training sessions provided by Fèisean nan Gàidheal.

Applications for the Archiving Project are now closed.
