5 Latha 2026 will be held between 6-11 April at the Geàrrannan Blackhouses, Isle of Lewis. This event is open to fluent Gaelic speaking high-school pupils giving the opportunity to participants to experience life in a Gaelic speaking community.
Participants will have the opportunity to take part in a number of activities in the community including; crofting, Harris Tweed, cooking, fishing, local heritage and much more!
Although there is no requirement for participants to have a music ability we are pleased to offer music and song lessons with some of the finest Gaelic artists.
The event costs £160, with support available to low-income families, this covers ferry travel (if required), food and all actitivies for the week. There are only 16 places available.
