Blasad Gàidhlig

Blasad Gàidhlig sessions are progressive Gaelic language and culture sessions for children and their teachers in nursery and primary schools where Gaelic is being taught as an additional language. These sessions are delivered primarily through active learning, games and song.

Tutagan

Tutagan is a brand new series of videos for early years children, brought to you by Kaitlin Ross. It aims to teach children simple Gaelic vocabulary, covering topics such as the weather, colours and feelings through catchy songs. Click here to watch the series. Fèis Luchd-teagaisg GLPS

Many thanks to every special guest we had at our first ever Fèis for GLPS Teachers. A four-day online Fèis comprising of daily, progressive language sessions, creative sessions and cèilidhs to inspire and support L1+2 teachers and tutors in providing Gaelic as an additional language. You can find the resources for the week’s sessions in our sidebar to the right. Our thanks also to the Consortium of Local Authorities involved in Gaelic education for supporting this event.
