Fèis Lochabair are seeking new volunteers and committee members at their AGM this January to help run their 2018 events.
The AGM will be held on Thursday 18th January in Bun-sgoil Ghàidhlig Loch Abar from 7pm. The group are seeking new recruits for their organising committee, including a chairperson, secretary and ordinary members. The fèis would also welcome new volunteers who can offer help at fèis events.
Fèisean nan Gàidheal Development Officer Karen Oakley said,
“Fèis Lochabair provides top quality traditional music, arts and Gaelic cultural learning opportunities for young people from babes in arms up to age 25. Several committee members and office bearers are due to step down this year and we are looking for new recruits to help take Fèis Lochabair forward.”
