Meòraich 2026: 13 – 17 February

Wellbeing Residential Weekend

Meòraich is a new residential project, taking place at the Dundreggan Rewilding Centre over the February long weekend, between 13 – 17 February, where participants will prioritise their wellbeing over 4 days, by learning about yoga and meditation, and through calm, mindful, creative and cultural activities.

As well as yoga and meditation, activities may include knitting, nature walks, art, Gaelic song sessions, stories by the fire, creative writing and more.

Although there is no requirement for participants to have any musical ability, we are pleased to offer song workshops with an excellent Gaelic singer.

Participants will be encouraged to leave mobile phones with supervisors, other than to contact home every day, in the hope that the break will help them to relax.

The event costs £150, with support available to low-income families. This covers ferry travel (if required), food, accommodation and all activities. Participants will meet in Inverness where a bus will take them to the centre.  There are only 16 places available.

An application form can be found here.
